Delete in the app
Sign in to the BODYCARE app, open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Read the warning and confirm. Laravel revokes all mobile sessions and removes the associated personal data.
Delete without the app
If the app has been removed or sign-in is unavailable, submit a request through the support form on the contacts page or email info@bodycare.az. Support will complete deletion after verifying the phone number.
Data that may be retained
Profile data, addresses, favorites, AI questions, replies and transcripts, related AI reports and moderation records, reviews, reports about reviews or reviewers, blocked-reviewer records, messages, saved payment references, authentication data and mobile sessions are deleted. Order records required for operational and accounting purposes are retained without the customer name, phone, email, delivery address, coordinates or payment data.

Request deletion without the app
Open the contacts page and state that you want to delete your BODYCARE account, or email info@bodycare.az. Include the account phone number; never send SMS codes, card details or passwords.
